1. Make sure your vendor's address is properly set.
For basic vendor's configuration,
When using a Real Time Calculating Shipping Method (such as Canada Post, USPS, Fedex or UPS), make sure that your vendor's address is correct. An incorrect vendor’s address will prevents shipping methods from displaying correctly on your storefront. Also, if you use a Manual Shipping Method such as "Pickup from store" the address must be correct as well.
To set your vendor's address:
- Click on your vendor name in the top left corner
- Write in the right address information
- Click save in the top right corner.
